- winterwolves4 years agoRising Scout20 aurodiums only cost 600 crystals from shipments though (2 full projectors converted).
Anyone who spends 2000 on 20 of them doesn't care about any cost to value analysis that anyone presents, so why would you use that as the basis here? "nottenst;c-2310790" wrote:

I know there is a level of sticker shock for these, but the Relic one at least may be worth it
In terms of Cantina Energy, based on tracked drop rates it would take on average ~2400 Cantina Energy to get the required signal data to go to Relic 5, where the Calendar gets you, which would be ~15 days worth of free energy, or ~5 days worth of total energy if you are doing all 3 100 crystal refreshes only every day. The Crystals you would spend over that time would be worth I think $9 in US (or 90% of the $9.99USD crystal box in the store)
The only Salvage Piece to get to R5 really of concern (in my experience) is the Aurodium Heatsinks. If you were to just purchase them from Weekly Shipments, it'd cost 2,000 crystals, or $14.20USD (or 71% of the $19.99USD Crystal Chest). I don't believe this is the cheapest way to get Aurodium Heatsinks, as long as you're converting the Mk III HoloProjectors, but it is the given crystal value for Aurodium Heatsinks in the game.
That brings us to a USD value of $23.20. So perhaps it is worth it, at least if you're just going to whale

Disclaimer: The data here is a little bit old, but I think it's still right
So, if you have already saved up enough signal data and Holo Projectors, then it would seem to be a waste of money to get this."Winterwolves;c-2310934" wrote:

On the Holoprojectors, excellent point, but overall I think it might still be a good value. Darth Loquitor is doing a stream currently on Youtube and he went over it and kept that part in mind, he does some math on the stream if you want to check it out
on the point of already having the stuff, I feel like that is short sighted. You will always want to bring another character up to relic levels, plus, the signal data allows you to farm other stuff in Cantina, if there is something else in cantina that you need that is- myaky2negboa4 years agoRising NewcomerIs there any way to get rid of the really dumb red #1 hovering over the "Store"? I already picked my calendarand it keeps making me think i have a Bronzium roll still

That piece I circled is Electrium Conductors....but those are not even in that calendar. Why is there a picture of a piece that isn't even included in the product we're being sold? "Ultra;c-2310613" wrote:

$30 and 30 days to take one whole character from R0 to R5?
Could that be the worst deal in history?
If you think the deal is awful, don't get it
what an original answer no one could think about themselves. thank you!"el_mago;c-2311071" wrote:

The thing is, in EVERY SINGLE mobile game, the "calendar" deals always are, at least, +100% of value on the deal, with some going up to +3000% value. Thats the point, you get much more for your buck, but you have to wait for it. And if you want it right now, you pay a less valued but instant pack.
Here, the "best valued" calendar (according to many comments), offers about a +15% value, for a 30 day wait... Sorry, but in terms of mobile game industry, that's trash.
And having the least used golden eyeballs ina "core calendar"... I hope it's a mistake, or it's even more trash than it already is.
And the Phoenix calendar it's just embarassing... Though I hope they do it with more valuable and less farmeable factions, because you can have you Phoenix to 7* in a couple of weeks...
My Phoenix has been maxxed for years so that doesn't matter to me but I am curious about this Phoenix push they have been doing lately, they did announce Hera getting some tweaks with the new omicron abilities so I'm wondering if they expect it to be game-changing and Phoenix relevant again.
A bit off topic here, but since you started... I heard a mention of an "unexpected" era as the next focus. There is the Phoenix push, Yando as the login character, plus Andor and Kenobi shows on the way, so I think that focus could be pre-OT Empire era. We got very little from that time so far, and it has some interesting possibilities even among stuff that is already out. I personally would love to see some Fallen Order stuff make its way here.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, if a "Mantis" Fallen Order team were to come to the game, I'd stop everything I'm doing and whale on that- Disruptor924 years agoRising ScoutWhile the calendars are pretty irrelevant to me personally as I'm a veteran F2P player, I have to say that all of them seem to be of decent value for new/new-ish players. I have friends that are fairly new to the game, and looking at what all these calendars offer, I could see all of them help my friends progress at their stage of the game. I haven't done the math to compare the calendar rewards to prices of other packs to see what's more efficient (and this thread seems to not have found a consensus yet), but I still think it's a good additional way to get some more rewards to progress if you are an early- to midgame player. So at least here CG managed to create something that is decent. Credit where credit is due.
