NEW non-Bossk NERFS for BH
Since the Bossk Nerf, do you think the other Bounty Hunters will also get nerfed since they fit the same requirements Bossk did?

Your proof that it's a nerf and not a bug fix is that the Game Changers say it's a nerf so it must be a nerf?
I just tested this with Aurra as you recommended and I don't think it's working the way you think it is. When a character is buffed all of the enemies should be marked to indicate that you'll be contributing to the bounty by using any ability (including an attack). Like so:
When there is no buff you see no such markers and by all indications simply using Hustle does not count toward the contract (I did this at 1x speed just to make sure there was no other indication that it did):
