Thoughts on the new raid costs being 80k for normal and 90k for Heroic?

What's with all the quality control on the new Tank Raid, QC never stopped them before? A lot of tinkering and adjusting going on with this one. In the mean time, the Rancor raid is getting very long in the tooth.
