Next batch of Anniversary Quests requires the new SLuke debuff

...according to datamine, and that's crap.  I will be generous and assume that it will be possible to complete the quest with a slow trickle by using a borrowed G13 SLuke in tier 1 of the next 5 m...

why would luke be in any of  the rest of the marquee events? he has zero synergy with any of them

I don't know if he will be, I was speculating based on the fact that Coliseum grants all the marquee faction tags to all characters.
