Cuffs are the number 1 gear block item. The only issue I see will be the tears of those who will not be able to beat the bonus tier.
So if I got this right, tiers 1 to 3 introduce and make the duo farmable. While tier 4 is for some bonus creds/mats/gear and can only be done once?
