This is so very far from the truth. Have some players spent $50k on the game over 7-8 years? Yes. Do some spend that much in a single year? Maybe.

But I know a lot of the players in top 50 and you are grossly exaggerating. I've been there a few times and haven't spent anywhere near that.

Accounts of 14M GP are around 150.000$ - 200.000$.

Why does that have to be the case? Do you know what the limit on GP could be for a day 1, FTP player? If they were in the right guilds with the right toons for events etc I'm sure they could be very close to those numbers without spending a penny. I'm at nearly 9m having played for only 3.5 years. Other players with much more ttime would be much bigger still.

I’m 10 million gp never spent a penny. I started nearly a year in as well. So it’s very likely for people to be at 13 million as I’ve never been a consistent top of the arenas player and I’m not a million miles behind.

You are just making numbers up here. Are almost all 13m accounts spenders? Yes. Spent 50k? No, you could get there on $100-$200 a month if you have been playing for 7+ years and farm/spend judiciously, which is more like $10-15k.

Considering there are 100% f2p players at or approaching 12m gp ( at 11.6m gp myself ), there's no reason a lot of the better ones aren't in k1. Maybe not top 50 but certainly the mid of k1 is attainable.
