No help from EA, my case tagged as no fix, years of play wasted .

So for few days i can't login on to my accout, trying to contact EA but for answer you have to whait like 8h that makes no sense so i contact them for PC finally some one answer straight away. So i said that i can't login Error 9 , game works if create new account but my old one have almoast 9 mil. power. They said that they heve no solution for that and they will transfer my case  higher ok go for it.  He said to check game every day and that's it :/ . After sometime i just chacked my case and it's tagged "no fix " and i can chose buttons "Resume case" "close case" is it normal or i'm missing somthing??  Sorry for my english, but im pissed off.
