Not sure if this is a bug or not?

Hey guys I'm relatively new to forums posting this for a fellow guild member who was met this when trying to log in.

Has anyone come across this at all?
Hes able to log back in now but just thought I'd put a post here to let people knoe incase it is a bug.

Its a bug not new.Restart the app
