I don’t know about this one week notice rule- however it was on gamefans calendar since atleast Thursday possibly Wednesday (I forgot when I first saw it) and they are saying it’s going to be on this Thursday coming up... there is your week notice.
CGs always say to Check gamefans website as they are going to be the first to release that kind of info
