Old Empire under new DK lead

Tarkin's AoE sucks I have him well geared and modded (ONLY because he's an admiral) and his damage is sub par. MAYBE, I need to mod his tenacity, I guess if he really did knock off a bunch of TM it's be noticeable. TBH, if ultimate firepower just did a single DoT, he'd be amazing, maybe still not arena quality, but he could drop his whole load under EP. Debuff, 100% tm, UF, 100% tm, then a normal hit. Between him and VD they could get off to a violent start
