Omicron to re-enable ROLO+Sana

Could be a cool idea for a simple Omi on some random rebel that reenables the ROLO+Sana turn meter interaction in GA. maybe with slightly reduced effect. 

I know it kinda sucks to nerf something then bring it back with an Omi, but it would be better than just losing this really cool interaction forever imo.

    If they did that, it would ruin the Datacron they'll build for an upcoming set that does the same thing!  They want us to rent garbage, so they'll do that over a permanent 'cron.
