As someone who didn't get GAS, I would feel more of a sense of pride at having him than not having him. The long road to getting Malak to G13 is a sense of pride worthiness; I don't believe GAS will be any different. My only complaint with GAS is that there is no where to use him yet; no new content to warrant his power creep.
