P1 and the Dagger changes are too problematic

I actually loved the Sith Fighter vs Sith Fighter TM Mechanics of a Levi mirror.  It was interesting, it changed all the time.  sure there was times i lost, but i usually won enough that it wasn't frustrating.

Win the Levi coin toss, but lose Sith Fighter coin toss, still winnable
Win both coin tosses easily winable
Loss both coin tosses, still winable, just required some patience and thought.

This is why i thought it was one of the best fleet meta's in a very long time.  No matter what happened with coin toss RNG, you could still win.  And still lose.  Or timeout.  But that is what made it fun.

Now you just made it the most boring off all meta battles.  the decision is made in the first 10 seconds.
