If you have a faster Punishing One than your enemy, you steal stealth from XB and then the enemy Punishing One steals stealth from your punishing one. Don't upgrade your P1 so that you can win in a P1 mirror.

They know now because players are beta testers for them. They don't test anything themselves except maybe in a "sim" that is meaningless since everything they release is bugged in some way.
Maybe they'll fix it, maybe they won't. It might take them a year or two if they decide to though.
Speed is irrelevant on the stealth steal its just one big conundrum... I went up against alot of p1s most are faster then mine few are slower the times when I did manage to keep the stealth was and has always been against the same players... And one is faster the other is slower... And also side note when i do manage to get the steal my xb is still stealthed aswell... It really makes no sense...
