IDC if Padme is added but here is a idea
Republic with JKA and GK synergies
Agressive Negoiation
Deals Physical Dmg to target enemy with a 50% chance to gain Offense up for 3 turns. On a critical hit, the chance increases by 50%
Ceasefire
All other characters lose 30%TM. Enemies get offense down for 2 turns, and may not use Special abilities that are attacks. JKA and GK ignore TM loss
Advocate for Peace: Leader
Friendly Characters gain 50%TM and regain 12% of their max HPwhen they use a Special Ability that isnt a attack. In addition, JKA and GK gain defense up whenever a special ability that isnt a attack is used
Decoy: Unique
Padme gains the Decoy ability at the start of each encounter
Decoy: Gives Padme -20% Offense, but gives 100% chanvce to revive with 35%HP, Offense up for 4 turns and 55%TM. The TM and HP bonus is doubled of JKA or GK is still alive.
