Palpatine event. Can I even unlock him?
So I'm trying to figure out where to focus my efforts based on the Palpatine event. I know I have no shot to get him starred up, but I'm trying to figure out if I'll even have a chance to unlock him ...

Get his speed up and he can destroy an entire team by himself.
