Palpatine event. Can I even unlock him?
So I'm trying to figure out where to focus my efforts based on the Palpatine event. I know I have no shot to get him starred up, but I'm trying to figure out if I'll even have a chance to unlock him ...

Luke's stun came in handy for me in the last event but SRP's Offense Down may be equally useful because EP's shocks hurt...like, a lot.
