Perfect Defense
Is there supposed to be a new buff icon for Perfect Defense? I've set it up twice now and all it does is dispel tenacity up and defense up and then reapplies it.

They're aware of it and investigating. But realize that every release, SOMETHING has to be broken. It's in the CG Policy manual for releases.
