Performance of these forums is abysmal.
The way responses are loaded in one-by-one sometimes when you open a thread reminds me of texture pop-in in games.
I understand that the decision likely came from EA overlords (why have a separate message board for CG specifically that functioned well when you can have an all-in-one, centralized EA message board with awful performance, amirite) but for the love of Sauron, isn't there anything that can be done to optimize the performance so it doesn't seem like this website runs off a dial-up router in a long-forgotten dusty storage closet?
