On settings on the device you are using:
1. connect to Facebook.
2. Link a device
3. This is my old device
On settings on the new device:
1. Link a device
2. This is my new device
I did this a year ago or so. Been playing in my iPad and Android phone without issues.
Only thing you cannot do is play on both at the same time.
