Look here is how I see it. The leader of the Guild should be encouraging people. Our first month was only 25% if Phase 1, but I encouraged everybody and in the next 15 days we matched that 25% and we are getting better and improving our time/damage.
The complaints I am seeing is that people are quitters. Sure it is hard. Reality check. Life aint easy and not everything is handed to us.
I won't be popular in this view point, but people need to bolster their Guilds and not encourage quitters.
I had 1 guy stop playing it and I called him out on it in an encouragement like manner.
I said, "You have a good if not the best team in our guild. We need you. We can't do this without you." (of course we could, but it sure does help if people chip in right).
He jumped back in and he is blazing through it.
If you find yourself in a guild of quitters try encouragement or find a better guild!
