The problem with this raid is that it's just not fun. We can do a normal in 3 resets and launch a new one before the tickets max, but it's still awful. I spend more time waiting for the ridiculous tank to move than I do clicking the attack buttons, only to be frustrated when a stationary turret DODGES somehow.
At a minimum, normal needs to be made to match the description: do-able in a normal amount of time with level 80, g8 and modded toons. And the animations need to be sped up somehow. It shouldn't take me 20 minutes for a single run in which I can do 1%.
As for Heroic... I think they overshot with this, because only a couple hundred guilds (in a game with hundreds of thousands of players) can complete it. Sure, it gives us something to work towards, but it's excessive (and also not fun). Ultimately I agree that Heroic should be difficult, but they definitely overestimated it. I assume it was tested with level 90, g12, zeta toons, as opposed to what we actually have available.
