Please fix TB Territory Point "update" process

This continues to be a problem every TB for us: when loading TB after a few hours of downtime the game takes a few minutes to go through the senseless "progress meter" animations to reflect on deployments that have been made over the last several hours. The problem with this is that people log in, take a look at one particular territory and the progress meter shows it as still being incomplete even though the guild has already completed 3* on the territory. Once the "other" territories are done with their "animations" the territory starts to show some animation progress, but depending on the last time the player loaded TB there's a significant window (upwards of a couple minutes) where there's no indication that any progress was made at all in the territory, signifying it's alright for them to deploy.

Please do something about how long it takes for these updates to run. There's no added benefit to having a minute+ worth of progress bar animation and flashing numbers on the screen. Just let the counters update immediately and forget about all the other nonsense: we care that the progress is updated we don't care about watching a bunch of numbers flash across the screen that are ultimately of no consequence.
