I wish. Turns out the only two Empire characters missing level 8 abilities, are Stormtrooper and General Veers. Zetas could turn there kits around I guess. But that means Snowtrooper and Magmatrooper won't be getting any better.

Tarkin's leader ability is lvl 7. EP's leader ability and Unique are lvl 7. They're probably not going to give a Zeta to EP, but maybe Tarkin. But technically the Empire characters with slots open for Zetas:

Tarkin, Veers, EP, and Stormtrooper.

I forgot Tarkin's leader ability was open for a zeta upgrade. I don't feel it could overcome EP or Zader lead, but it's still a future Empire zeta upgrade. Also characters with 5 abilities are all missing level 8 abilities, minus Yoda who needed those Zetas to be viable again, so I'm not counting on EP getting any Zetas.
