My guild said Veers has to have a zeta and don't use aoe. It's hard but doable. Some had g9 toons and completed it. I can't give my personal experience because I couldn't attempt it. Starck hasn't been showing up well for me in the store. I don't have him 5* yet because of his bad drop rate.
