Their team dropped the ball, we know it and they know it. I'm truly amazed they acknowledged it tho, I can't understand why they finally decided to do so.

it's definitely much too late, but my anger has subsided for the moment. grateful they are addressing this finally.

No way they can fix thisAgree completely. All they can do is offer new ways to let other catch up, but they couldn't do anything that without offering pre crafters the ability to also obtain more and continue to gear up more toons.

I respectfully disagree. I buy a furnace everytime I see one on shipments. I have completed 15 raids three t7's, and I finish in the to 15 in a top 50 guild.

Two days ago I just got Rey to great 10. All my other arena toons are gear nine and that's worth new buying gear.

Conversely all others at least in the top fifteen on my server have their toons leveled to gear 10 or for some gear 11.

You don't need to have pre crafted to be at that point. I didn't and I have plenty of maxed toons from being in a guild that does constant heroic and from buying tons of furnaces in shipments (I refresh)

Evasion is only an issue on the AI side.
Lumi Lead (with only QGJ as jedi) his team evaded more than my dooku led team.
RG dodged over twice as much as mine, geo soldier dodged nearly every attach until fury of blows landed.
12.5%>7% right?

Pre crafting was a consequence of poor design and even worst implementation of a insane gear grid.

The only way to minimize this is put the gear grid less insane by making it easier to obtain those gear . .but....that doesn't make any sense cause that was the origin of all of this problem.

They made a serious mistake with this a long time ago....my problem is that they keep doing things like this one (guild hopping and its consequences for instance is even worst) who makes me think that they have a serious competence issue in their team.

I think that would have been the fix, maybe 3 of each with a note saying eh this should get you one team up about up to par sorry we messed up. But as mentioned it is far to late the damage has been done.

Sorry but not. Not everyone have the luxury to buy a furnace everytime one appears on shipments (I've been saving Crystal but sill not able to buy one). Not everyone is in a guild doing only t7. After one month of guild implementation and I only have salvages for furnaces and droid callers so far not s single full piece. And it seems it will be a long way still.
And you can see in the big thread that has remained ignored for months, that many people is in the same situation.

I'd gladly take an apology and significantly improved sub-heroic raids rewards. Ideal would be a whole gear system rework (and maybe have it make a little bit of sense this time!).
