problem with Era is CG

Just explain how this is going to work. in normal person chat. week 1 etc, week 2 etc, week 3 your going to be great etc.

we dont need cryptic clues,  we need to know!. if its a non FTP mode, being up front would help. played this game for 10 years, not really come on here, but i really felt i needed too
