Biggest issue is simple, not enough people have spent their relic materials to take Malgus and AdRad to R9 (at the more expensive cost). CG wants as many people as possible to burn materials BEFORE the title update that removes carbonite and bronzium relic materials from the R8/R9 receipe. Once we've reached their target metric, they'll release the title update and we'll have Profundity.
