Proving Grounds Sim Reset

Same here. Bought Conquest Pass+ specifically for this, so that I could unlock Malgus with the two Proving Grounds (30 shards away). Had him simmable (and Ben Solo simmable) previously, now have to redo the fights? WTF?!?!?!

EDIT: I have gone through and done them again, try not to break your game again please CG.

I had mine reset as well. CG! What are you doing to me! :-(

This is totally stupid, need to spend again half a day to fight same battles. I will never buy this pass again

An additional note. I’ve been trying to work with the in-game support and it has been very disappointing. They do respond, which is appreciated, but it’s clear they don’t understand the game. I’ve gone back and forth with them 3 times now on this topic, and their last question was “Were you in your guild for all of conquest?” Seriously? What?

Keep in mind, everyone, this happened over the weekend and CG will be just getting into the office in an hour or two. Yes it sucks but I’m pretty confident they will fix it and do some sort of make good, however I highly doubt it will happen before the plus pass PG event ends. I wonder if the normal PG has been affected as well… guess we’ll find out soon enough.

Oh my, the heat on this would be exponential if the regularly scheduled PG is also reset! Eek!!!

Indeed. I don't think it's unlikely, hard to imagine only the plus pass would be reset but not the regular one. T minus 35 minutes...

Well looks like a big FU for those buying the + pass

It's probably related to whatever they did to prevent previous plus pass purchasers, from still being able to access the event (as as the case during the last conquest).

They should be in the office by now. A bit surprised they haven't even issued a forum statement.
