Bear in mind that this is only ingame currency, not real money. But i will go and say if this was actually real money I am fairly certain this would classify as a fraud.
Legally this might be completely different due to the fact that crystals are only ingame currency but morally - not so much.
Especially if you keep in mind that some actually pay real life currency for those crystals.
