It is not yet. But it will most likely be there before you can farm it on a regular node

Sure. I just don't find spending Crystals on Shards or Blueprints a good deal (Wat Shards being the exception). And while spending 200 Crystal refreshes may be a better deal than Shipments, even at 3%, it doesn't make it necessarily a good deal. I'll wait for node farming.

CAT is so good, she is worth some crystals.

Perhaps the Conquest toons are Crystal worthy. I've been 7-starring them just through Conquests though.

Why was it changed from 4% to 3%? Why has this not been addressed? Will they stealth change the rates again?
