I agree with your point - but it has nothing to do with the OP. That has more to do with leef's "lore! lore!" comment. ;)
Your example just shows that Vader isn't good one on one - especially against a toon that's designed specifically to counter him.
I don't see Biggs as the hard counter to Vader. He's not known as "Darth Crit Machine."
