The drop rates are the same for all shards, so citing drop rates for F Bastila compared to others is useless. You’ve had more than enough time to farm for the Falcon, if you farm even remotely aggressively enough.
I spend 2 refreshes a day, be it cantina or fleet or regular energy and I got Revan, Drevan, Malak, and Padme all second time around, while at the same time farming for the Falcon. I don’t have Padme or the Falcon at 7*, but that doesn’t matter. Point is, you can do it without spending like a whale. Plenty of time.
