Well, that's why they created aurodiums. But so far they haven't cycled any back, and they just put out a new one.
I too would like to see Rex cycled back, but I don't see this happening for some time unfortunately.
They wasted a lot of money by putting him out at a time when he wasn't useful, and was bugged. People read whales SCREAMING that he was bugged and needed to be fixed, and so they avoided buying him. Also, the raid didn't exist.
Now he is very useful but buying chromiums is a waste even for people like me who haven't bought them before, because most of the shards will end up in the (near-useless) shard shop.
This is one of the very few characters I would plunk down cash for. Sun Fac is another, because I love complex characters with many abilities. Instead we get yet another rebel, with a very boring kit (whether it is strong or not I can't say, but it is not interesting IMO).
