Even if they make Chromium Exclusive characters more readily available for purchase, that doesn't mean Rex is going to be everywhere because you still have F2P players that are not interested in making such an investment. You'll see more I would imagine because you also have a fair amount of players that would be willing to invest in those characters, but it won't flood the character-base by any means. I have yet to see a Wedge in arena anywhere.
