Which is one of the biggest flaws of the mode. We should be able to swap out disks at any time for free. Would finally encourage to gather different disk setups for different teams.
As an FYI, this unfortunately will never be the case. The good news is the conversation seems to be opening up a little and there are at least some ideas that are being discussed.
