QGJ - Humbling blow question
Why when QGJ kills someone that has positive effects with his humbling blow does that not grant offense up? Is this a bug or as intended?

I would still argue it is worth it to use HB for the kill. You stop any more damage output from that one toon.
Ideally we would be playing a game where you would go for value and get the offense up buff but go for the tempo instead and remove the toon.
