QGJ - Humbling blow question
Why when QGJ kills someone that has positive effects with his humbling blow does that not grant offense up? Is this a bug or as intended?

Pretty sure it's intended. The game calculates the damage from humbling blow then does the dispel, then adds the offense up. Because the character in question died, there was nothing to dispel once that calculation comes up.
The other reason you can confirm it's intended Is using FOTP and possibly RG as examples. They have abilities that kick in taking an enemy below 50% health however if you kill someone from 51% health or more these abilities do not trigger
