QGJ humbling blow

No, it never has given OU on a killing blow. I'm not sure if it's "working as intended," but that's simply the way it is currently. It also doesn't give you OU if it's the second attack on Advantage (or Foresight, but that just causes HB to miss anyway).

It's not supposed to give offence up on a killing blow. It's offence up on removal/dispel of an enemy positive status I believe. It works for me when he successfully removes one or more.

The description is
Humbling Blow – Deal Special damage to target enemy and remove all positive status effects. If an effect is dispelled, all allies gain Offense Up for 2 turns.

I don't think this is a bug. Killing your target is not the same thing as dispelling a buff on them.

What is silly though. Is that if you dispel Kylo's retribution, he still counters that attack. Logically, he shouldn't be able to counter if his buff is gone.

There is a thread in the character feedback on this exact same thing. Both with the killing blow and Kyle's counter. And also advantage, I get offence up if it's the first attack on someone with advantage but not if it's the second attack.

Please bring your concerns to the thread in the character feedback to keep it alive in hopes this gets fixed
