QQ Can you resist dispels?

I mean that, if you have a high enough tenacity stat, can you resist dispels from toons like Echo, B2, and Qui-Gon?

I think it is resist yes. Tenacity counters potency. So for example QGJ you want to stack potency and the toon you want to prevent debuffs you stack tenacity (for example Yoda or a tank).
