QQ Can you resist dispels?
I mean that, if you have a high enough tenacity stat, can you resist dispels from toons like Echo, B2, and Qui-Gon?

you don't actually dodge the attack, nor do you resist the dispell.
You deflect the attack all together (dmg and dispell). Special damage gets deflected, not dodged. (just view the stats of a character)
