Queer erasure

This game needs to stop erasing the identities of the characters they are putting into this game. &nbsp;I noticed this first when Aphra was being added how they talked about the relationship between Aphra and Sana. &nbsp;Then they add IG-90 (a background character)as a buff to Aphra rather than her partner Magna. &nbsp;This may just an emphasis on droid synergy, but it is still an example of this attitude towards the queer characters in this game. &nbsp;Now they are referring to Cinta as “Vel’s closest ally”. &nbsp;I find it frankly infuriating that EA is trying to delete a significant aspect of these characters, especially in this current political climate. &nbsp;Do better EA

Just because it’s not being blasted out on max volume doesn’t mean anything’s being “erased.” That’s cuckoo talk.

They don't include anything about romantic relationships in kits, Padme and JKA just reference the others name only, Bastila references JKR but she's not mentioned in Revan's kit. I couldn't be bothered reading all the Han and Leia kits, but pretty sure it follows along the same lines.

Basically, stop looking for ways to be offended.

By this logic Chewbacca has been erased because the game makes no mention of his wife Mala. &nbsp;Dedra has been erased because her husband didn’t get added to the game. I could go on about many straight characters having that aspect of their characters “erased”.

Eh. It's how the word is used in certain spaces.

It wasn't "cuckoo" to say that something was "tubular" or to tell someone going to a barbecue to "hang 10," however cuckoo that might have sounded to some folks. That was just how those words were used in surfer culture. (Who knows, I'm not a surfer, maybe "hang 10" is still used as a generic "goodbye/farewell" among surfers.)

The OP is making an argument here that I'm sure you well understand. You can agree or disagree without calling them cuckoo.
