I honestly dont know enough about K2 to comment on that, but I can tell you Baze shines a lot more with Chirrut, so if you don't have Chirrut I would not invest in a Rough team unless it's a longer term goal. 3* seems to be pushing viability in top arena. I run 4* Chirrut and he is kinda squishy.
