I think we received them, but they didn't show up in the inbox photo. All I know is that I had a completed Mk7 Security Scanner (the refrigerator-looking piece of raid gear, for folks who don't remember names) yesterday without any raid completion or anything else to explain it.

My assumption is that we also got the lower-level lootboxes, but because no characters needed the gear I won't notice until I start leveling up someone else.

Yeah. I would be lying if I didn't say I would feel better if a dev confirmed it, though--if for no other reason than to find out what else I got. As I said, I only saw one newly-equippable piece of gear, but you got a lot of boxes on your alts.
