quick question
what toon would use a defense speed arrow as an optimal mod? i never use defense sets... but one just popped up for credit in mod shop. curious if it could be a good investment thanks in adva...

Tank that you want faster.... but arrow 5 dot speed mods are great, doesn't matter type, definitely complete the set.
Also I would sub that for a health set if you want to give someone speed. So anyone you thought would benefit from health...it's not the same but I use that as my basis.
