Posts like this always remind me of this scene in The Cable Guy and are just seeking special attention from the game developers without any intention of quitting.
The racism of your post is unnecessary, and ironic given you incorrectly use "their" when it should be "there". If you're going to ask someone to learn a language for your benefit make sure you know the language first. You won't be missed.
It's hard to tell what OP means, but I read the English comment to mean that the devs only respond to feedback written in English and not other languages.
Racism? Dude. You don't even know what that term is if you are going to accuse someone of it in that context. You owe them an apology. Also, the onus is on the developers to speak the language of their players. NOT the other way around.
Actually, the onus on the developers is to know python, or JavaScript, or a language such as those. You seem to be confusing marketing, or service, departments with engineering. Devs are not in public facing role. They code what they're asked to code, for the most part. Don't understand why people keeping blaming devs for not responding to forum posts. Unless it's a bug report, why would they bother?! If you have a problem with a website, do you contact the customer service people, or do you call headquarters and demand to speak to someone who worked on the code? That said, communication is generally abysmal, the app is screwed up badly.
You are absolutely right. They have forgotten the principles of development. You should not and must not test your own code. That should be up to a dedicated testing department. I know, I was a Lead software test engineer for a multi-national video surveillance software engineering company. But he accused a person of racism based on a comment. Stay on topic..... I would bet money that CG doesn't have a dedicated software test department. Otherwise, there wouldn't be as many defects and bugs. I didn't confuse anything. CG_Meathead is a designated rep for player interaction. So that is where I send my e-mail.
