RAID Naboo

It happened when they switched to naboo from the last one- speeder bike (edit I forgot about that raid) and the same before that (dragon raid). It's to " incentivize" player investment on the new raid.

Same happened when the switched from KD to SBK to Naboo.  I think it is changed in game, but if you are already in raid the rewards are locked at start of the raid?  or something like that?
