Have a 12 hour "0 damage phase" where everyone sends in a single character and attacks only the side guards, so your entire guild is tied at 0 damage. Then, defeat the raid using as few guild members as possible. Since your guild can do the heroic AAT, you can probably complete the raid with only 5-10 members attacking. The other 40 members of your guild all tie at 0 damage, so all of them receive top 10 rewards. This gets even better if you can complete the raid with only four rosters, so everybody gets top 5 rewards. I know the communication seems daunting at first, but it's possible to do without a chat app.
