Rancor Raid future for guilds getting ready to heroic Tank: it's a Pillage now not a Raid

Yeah, we have to many no communication players. That is great for teams with strict kick policies and want to churn through players. I feel a lot of guilds just don't want to monitor all that stuff.

Also, this still doesn't address the issue of Rancor over kill. If they won't make a harder tier they just need to start handing out participation rewards to those that have gotten the toon shards. We've over shoot the challenge so far we can not say there is an actual rank anymore.
