My guild has gone through some rough times and honestly come out stronger because of a few issues. One being the pit raid which we kill in 30 minutes on heroic. What we have been doing is the 24 hours of zero damage. That works but when people screw up it becomes a HR issue. I hate that. But... we have grown in strength because of it. I have kicked like 40 people now. I only regret one of them which I would take back if I could. (Sorry bro)
The heroic tank is getting close for us now and I have our commitment to our guidelines to thank for that. I think sure ea could make pit rewards idiot proof but like I learned early in life you got to play the game for what it is. Now that we hold people to higher standards we get closer all the time to being able to complete the thing. One thing that we all know about this game- we have to be patient. As a guild leader I know that this applies to our success as a guild overall. Thanks to my team. <3
